What we keep, and why

When you join or buy a pass

Your name, address, mobile, email and photo. We need them to run your membership: your key, your photo on the door system so we know who is coming in, and to contact you about your membership.

Payments

Direct debits and one-off payments are handled by GoCardless. We never see or keep your bank details.

Your door key

Your key lives on the Paxton door system. It records when your key opens the door - that is how the building stays secure.

Messages

We text, WhatsApp and email you about your membership. Marketing messages always carry a link to stop them, and we honour it.

How long we keep it

Forms

A finished form is deleted from our website within a day; one never finished, within a week. Your details then live only with your membership.

After you leave

Your door access is removed straight away. We keep your name and contact details so we can let you know if you would like to come back - ask us and we will delete them.

This website

No cookies

We count visits to see which pages are useful - which pages were opened, where visitors came from, phone or computer. No cookies, nothing stored on your device, and nothing that identifies you.

Social media

Our own accounts only

We post the gym's own videos, photos and blog posts to the gym's own TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. We do not collect anything about the people who view them.

Your rights

Ask us any time

You can ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message us and we will sort it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
