40 million working days, every year
That is what Great Britain loses to work‑related ill health and injury in a year, on the Health and Safety Executive's own figures. It is not an abstract number for a business of any size — it is rotas, overtime and work not getting done.
02
The two biggest causes are the two training helps most
Of those days, 22.1 million go to stress, depression or anxiety and 7.1 million to musculoskeletal problems — backs, shoulders, knees. Nearly three quarters of all absence, and both are things regular training genuinely moves the needle on.
03
It is the benefit people actually use
Most workplace perks go unclaimed. A gym two minutes off the A56, open every hour of every day, gets used by shift workers, early starters and people with children to drop off — which is most of a workforce round here.
04
One invoice, however many people
We set your staff up one at a time and bill you once a month for the lot. Nothing for HR to chase, nothing for payroll to work out per head, and no forms coming back to you half filled in.
05
They are through the door the same day
Each person gets their own key on their own phone within seconds of being set up. Nobody collects a card, nobody waits for an induction, and nobody is standing at a desk that is not there.
06
Add and remove people whenever you like
People join you and people leave. Tell us and we will turn a key on or off the same day, and the invoice follows — you are never paying for somebody who left in March.
07
Priced on your numbers
There is no off‑the‑shelf package, because ten people and a hundred are not the same conversation. Tell us roughly how many and we will give you a figure.
08
It says something about you
Somewhere to train, paid for, is a small thing people notice and mention — when they are deciding whether to join you, and when they are deciding whether to stay.
